Waste

We find it important to separate waste so it can be better recycled. In your holiday home, you can easily separate your waste in the trash bin: one compartment for paper, one for residual waste and one for glass. Separate your waste and take it to the recycling area, which is located to the right of the shed.

The recycling center has the following bins; plastic, residual waste, and glass. We have also recently placed a container for depositing your deposit bottles. If you do not want to take them home, you have the option to donate them. The proceeds will go to the Food Bank in Nistelrode.

Visitors

Tiny Hotel is a small-scale park where you can enjoy a peaceful vacation close to nature. Therefore, visitor access is limited. Are you expecting visitors during your stay? Please inform us in advance, and we will see what is possible.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed indoors, but it is permitted on the terrace. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash, not on the terrace.

Barbecuing

Gourmet, pizza grilling, or stone grilling inside the house is not allowed.

Hottub and sauna

Both are to be used at your own risk.

Hottub

Using the hot tub after 10:00 PM is allowed, but please do so quietly and without splashing. Could you please put the lid back on the hot tub when you’re not using it? Thank you in advance! Eating in the hot tub is not allowed.

Sauna

The sauna is easy to use; you simply turn it on with a twist of the knob. If you have booked the sauna, you can use it as often as you like because the sauna is always open.

Please note, using a towel in the sauna is mandatory.

We trust that you will only use the sauna if you have booked it. If you haven't booked the sauna but would like to use it, please use the QR code at the bottom of the page to add it to your stay, allowing you to use the sauna throughout your visit. Or click here to pay.

Outdoor oven

On the terrace, there is an outdoor fireplace where you can light a fire with wood. This outdoor fireplace can be used as both a campfire, oven, and barbecue grill.

Always keep the garden hose handy just in case...

If, on the advice of the fire department, burning is not allowed due to fire danger, we will notify you. You can purchase a bag of wood in the shed at the beginning of the park. You can pay for the wood using the QR code at the bottom of the page. Or click here to pay.

Pets

Pets are not welcome in the park and in the cabins.

Music

Playing music outside is not allowed. Inside the house, there is a good speaker to play your favorite music on. You connect your mobile device to the speakers via Bluetooth. You can find the instructions here

Bicycle parking

Under the shelter there is a bike rack. You can use this to park your bike.

There are also power outlets here that you can use, for example, to charge your electric bike.

Go-karts and little bike

You are welcome to use these for free. They can be found under the canopy. Please return the go-karts and the little bike to the shed once the kids are done playing so that other kids also get a chance to play.

Playground

When you enter the park, there is a playground on the right-hand side. The kids can have a great time playing here. Please note, it is at your own risk and the parent(s)/guardian(s) are responsible for the kids.

The greenhouse

As you enter the park, you will find the greenhouse on the right. Here, you can sit and enjoy your coffee. In the wooden box, you will find communal outdoor games such as pétanque and kubb.

We kindly ask you to put the items back in the boxes after use.

Windows and Doors

Due to the numerous flies and mosquitoes in the park, we kindly ask you to only use the windows and doors with screens. This way, you will have as few flies as possible inside your cabin during your stay.

Complaints and Suggestions

Despite our care, it is possible that you may have a complaint or suggestion. Please inform us in a timely manner so that we can address it immediately and during your stay. This way, we can maintain and/or improve our service and quality.

Forests

The forests next to the cottages are private properties; you are not allowed to enter. Do you want to walk in the forests? Then we advise you to walk around the park and turn right, from there follow the sandy path and take the first sandy path to the right again. This will lead you to some small forests. If you want to walk through beautiful forests, we recommend driving to the Maashorst and from Slabroek you have the most beautiful hiking trails. Bedaf also has beautiful hiking trails. For more nature tips, take a look at the following page: Into the nature

The Farm

At Heibloem 11 in Nistelrode, you’ll find our farm, just a 10-minute walk from The Forest.

You’re welcome to enter the yard through the wooden barn. You’ll soon spot the animals! You can go into the enclosures of the rabbits, chickens, and guinea pigs. The rabbits and guinea pigs can also be picked up and cuddled.

The pigs—Lou Lou (black), Willow (light-colored), and Poppy (spotted)—can be fed your vegetable scraps if you’d like (but not by hand).

Walking with Bobbie and Billie!

Bobbie and Billie are our two sweet Shetland ponies. Would you like to take them for a walk? You can! But first, we’ll explain how it works.

Take the rope hanging on the fence and walk calmly into the field with your mom or dad. Gently approach the two little Shetland ponies and clip the rope onto their halter.

Important: Never walk behind a pony. Always stay next to their head.

Now your adventure can begin! You can walk with Bobbie and Billie to the end of the street or along the sandy path (but not on the main road).

When you're done, unclip the rope and gently return them to the field. Very important: Never leave the rope on, as it can be dangerous.

Oh, and one more thing: you are not allowed to ride the ponies, only walk with them. Have fun!
